Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-show" appointments, may be subject to a fee as outlined in our Vagaro booking portal.

Independent Artistry

Professional Status: Jorgie Lane operates as an independent professional stylist located within 10th Ave Hair Salon. All service agreements are between the client and Jorgie Lane.

Service Guarantee

Adjustments: We strive for excellence in every cut and color. If you require a minor adjustment to your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

Online Booking

Vagaro Platform: All online bookings are processed through Vagaro. While we take reasonable security measures, users interact with the third-party booking platform at their own discretion.
